Promoting and Supporting Equity and Diversity in Early Childhood Care and Learning Programs

Promoting equity and supporting diversity in early childhood care and learning programs is a central feature of Maryland’s B-5 early learning system, and encompasses all aspects of its functioning—from early childhood workforce recruitment and retention strategies to parent engagement to curriculum and instruction best practices.
