Technical Assistance

The Maryland Child Care Resource Network (MCCRN) provides technical assistance that encompass a standard core of services to include all aspects of starting, expanding, and operating a child care center or becoming a family child care provider. These core services include: licensing and compliance issues, behavioral issues, and children with special needs. MCCRN also offers technical assistance for child care providers working toward credential and program accreditation. These services are available to existing and potential center-based and family child care providers, Head Start programs, nursery schools, cooperatives, drop-in centers and playgroups, community and non-profit organizations, community groups, employers, and public agencies committed to expanding child care resources.
