Ethel Ridge and her Co-Provider Karen McQuade have been running a successful family child care business for over 28 years, doing business as Kiddiesville Family Child Care in Baltimore County.  Their program is filled to capacity and, according to Ethel, has a waiting list that is “a mile long.”
