The Office of Child Care has posted the DRAFT Child Care Subsidy Regulations (links are below). There will be a public hearing on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. The hearing will be held at the Maryland State Department of Education, 200 West Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, 8th floor, conference room 4.
Please contact Tara Bartosz at tara.bartosz@maryland.gov to sign up for the hearing. All participants will be allotted four (4) minutes to speak and provide feedback on the regulation changes.
